How do I join your loyalty programme?

Simply create a Glow Organic customer account and you will automatically become part of the loyalty programme. Alternatively, you can join by clicking on the 'Check Rewards' tab on the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Earn 1 point for every £1 that you spend in store. Each time you earn points, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. When you open an account you will automatically earn 100 points, you can also share us on social media and refer us to your friends. Make sure you tell us your birthday and we'll send you 500 points on the day.

How do I check my loyalty points?

Each time you shop online you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From the email you can click the link to access your customer portal and check your rewards. Alternatively, click the 'Check Rewards' tab on the bottom right of our site.

How do I check loyalty points and redeem rewards?

When you've unlock points, you will receive a unique reward code. You can redeem your reward code on our payment page during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click Apply (only one coupon code per order).

Glow Organic's loyalty points scheme is operated at our discretion. Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be closed and any remaining points will be cancelled. We have the right to cancel the scheme at any point in the future. We will provide our customers with 2 weeks advance notification of such a cancellation and at the point of cancellation we will not be bound to make good any unused points held by our customers. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Points are deducted on products that have been returned or refunded. Most products will usually be available for purchase with loyalty points we retain the right to withdraw certain products from the scheme or change the exchange value or amount of points available on products. If a customer account is cancelled by Glow Organic under these terms and conditions, the customer has no recourse to claim reimbursement for or redemption of points in the account at the time of closure. Any decision made by Glow Organic about the allocation or redemption of loyalty points is final. Points are only offered on the value paid and excludes the cost of shipping. Half points cannot be given. There is no minimum order requirement to receive points. Points are earned when the order has been paid.
